The Federal Communications Commission issued rules in 1996 that limited the power of Condominium Boards to regulate or prohibit satellite dishes. The FCC has published a fact sheet on this subject. Any Association facing a request by a unit owner to place a satellite
dish or other antenna on the condominium grounds may wish to obtain
legal advice before denying a request. |
